different, famous U.S. Naval Officers to
Doctor/Lieutenant
"NORMAN J. LEAVY, MC, USNR
305 Magnolia Street
Highland Park, NJ

Thanking and congratulating him for volunteering for active
service in the U.S. Navy during desperate times , to aid the sick
and wounded against the axis powers
of Germany and Japan.

The following are short statements from the letters

"YOU HAVE SERVED THE GREATEST NAVY IN THE WORLD,
IT CRUSHED TWO ENEMY FLEETS AT ONCE, RECEIVING
THERE SURRENDERS ONLY FOUR MONTHS APART"
SIGNED BY THE FAMOUS SECRETARY OF THE NAVY

THE MEDICAL CORPS"
